We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for the consolidation and growth of our brand by participating in the market across all axes, through strategies aligned with the annual marketing plan and our international guidelines.
main responsibilities:
1. develop a 360° marketing plan and execute it for product release, based on the brand’s guidelines, as well as coordinate the budget along with the marketing grouper, to analyze the impact in the market.
2. conduct price analysis according to the price increase of competitors and price positioning for new products.
3. elaborate a monthly forecast with our kams and the forecast planner, comparing previous launches to improve actions related to our products.
4. analyze sell in and sell out to identify the needs of our clients and doors, and monitor sales versus the annual growth objective and rank in the market.
5. periodically generate reports of the product’s growth with the commercial area, to propose actions of renewal and help consolidate sales strategies.
6. collaborate with the trade marketing team to negotiate with retailers for full decorations, product launch activations, or repromotions for key moments of the year.
7. coordinate the brand’s promotional areas and ensure excellent execution, along with sales, merchandising, and trade marketing.
8. be responsible for the monthly distribution of plv by executive, according to the needs of each client.
9. develop and implement an annual pr strategy (events and influencers/bloggers monthly strategy).
ideal profile:
1. marketing, administration, or business degree.
2. previous experience in marketing and working with retailers.
3. experience or knowledge in the luxury industry is a plus.
4. management or understanding of different sales channels.
5. fluent in english.
6. effective communication.
7. creativity.
8. commercial vision in the brand’s positioning.
9. analytical and strategic thinking.
10. sensibility for comprehension of the luxury and fashion market.
