we are currently looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our team in mexico city, to drive digital growth and engagement across our b2b and d2c businesses. This role is perfect for a strategic and results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging digital channels to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and optimize customer engagement.
key responsibilities
1. lead generation & nurturing: plan and execute lead nurture campaigns for our b2b business, driving conversions and customer engagement.
2. email marketing: develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for both our b2b brands and d2c coffee business.
3. customer marketing: implement strategies to enhance customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and retention campaigns.
4. paid digital advertising: execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms, including social media and search.
5. campaign optimization & a/b testing: identify opportunities for a/b testing to improve audience targeting, creative assets, and landing page performance.
6. performance analytics: analyze campaign data, generate reports, and continuously optimize the channel mix, spend, and strategy.
7. collaborate with digital marketing consultant: support the development of landing pages, ad content, and creative assets.
8. digital publication partnerships: manage campaigns with digital publications, including ideation and creative briefing.
9. brand awareness & footfall campaigns: plan and execute initiatives to drive brand visibility and foot traffic for our rc coffee cafés.
10. website & seo management: maintain and optimize the company website, improving organic search rankings through strategic seo initiatives.
11. app monetization: manage and report on app monetization strategies via google admob.
12. other duties: support additional digital marketing initiatives as required.
qualifications & skills
1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and paid advertising.
2. strong knowledge of growth marketing strategies across email, paid social, and paid search.
3. proficiency with marketing platforms like hubspot, mailchimp, and google ads.
4. experience developing promotional and drip email marketing campaigns.
5. solid understanding of seo best practices and website optimization.
6. analytical mindset with experience using tools like google analytics and excel for reporting.
7. strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
8. self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving change.
9. excellent written and verbal communication skills.
