lead the quality management of the process, product and system through the implementation of control methods, ensuring effective compliance with the requirements of internal and external clients with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.

- review the assigned customer portals daily, update the required information and ensure compliance with the established response times.
- lead internal and external root cause analysis from process audits, customer notifications, notifications to suppliers or non-compliance with kpis.
- coordinate the control of non-conforming material at the level of raw material, product in process, finished product and return product.
- attend meetings and assigned internal and external conferences punctually and with pertinent documented information.
- be the direct support of the productive areas for criteria, standards, specifications and inspection methods through effective documentation.
- support with the control of process and product records, internal and external, such as deviations, rmas, first piece release forms, among others, to the document control area.
