*job description summary*: transformation manager is responsible for driving global standardization, improvements, and operating efficiencies across stat & tax processes and cross functional finance teams to deliver accurate legal entity financials & tax reporting.
*roles and responsibilities*
- partner with regional transformation teams to develop and execute aligned priorities
- lead critical efforts in defining and implementation country & regional requirements & continuous improvement
- lead regional assessments in country specific & global requirements for legal entity compliance reporting
- maintenance of global legal entity standards & requirements dashboards
- lead regional & in country psrs with regional leaders and cross functional teams to drive process efficiency & cash economics
- partner with standard works lead in implementation of global themes for regional & in country operationalization and measurement of outcomes for continuous improvement
*required qualifications*
- bs in finance, accounting or business administration, or equivalent internal degree
- minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and/ or accounting
- high organization and management skills to coordinate initiatives and project manage effectively and efficiently
