Well-rounded verbal and written customer service skills are required

- strong customer service mindset, proficiency in problem solving / advising customers, answering inquiries and providing information/resolutions and managing a variety of situations for customers

- ability to execute transactions (orders, drop ships, order status
- pkms, tracking fedex/ups/usps/r&l, stock availability, eta, price matching, catalog, call tags, tracers, advance credits, advance ldi's, part shortages, customer service credits, customer messages, phone messages)
*schedules available*:
training will be conducted at 7:00 am to 5:00 pm monday - friday
*monday - friday shifts*
shifts will start as early as 4am and as late as 11am.
availability will vary.
we offer excellent training, weekly pay and weekends off!
