- develop the promotional brand and communication strategy,

*duties and responsibilities*:
- develop and follow up annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales to achieve company business objective.
- identify new segment and market opportunities to cultivate customers for rapid organic growth.
- be responsible for the operation management of the marketing team, by providing strong leadership, strategy setting, and budget planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting.
- be responsible for improvement of work quality & team efficiency, process optimization, and asset management if applicable.
- master market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to buying customers and potential customers.
- oversee or lead new product launch, marketing activities, campaigns, headquarter event, road shows, customer training seminars etc.
- manage the technical competence development of salespersons.
- manage sales support activities, like customer visits, technical support, project coordination / project management and other related activities.
- be responsible for people management and development within marketing team, including organization planning, hiring decisions, training and coaching, performance management.
- be the main interface with divisional product company regarding topics of new product, quality, technology, new customer requirements.
- be responsible for local communications and branding strategy adhering to brand guidelines and global strategy.
- possess very good presentations skills to promote product and brand within the organization and with customers.

- bachelor degree or above
- major in marketing is preferred
