core responsibilities:
handle and run key steps in the ordering process for bom materials along with responsible buyers using the sap systems, power bi and other tools in order to ensure that bom suppliers have visibility every week of the materials to start production orders based in our production plan, prices and terms.
this position can influence the local-global procurement category leaders and processes, so there is a great opportunity for exposure and alignment to work with across the world.
the main contribution relies on providing high impact deliverables to the business can add new value to the way of work and the agility to response to the business needs with steps forward in terms of automation and digitalization.
assess business process and system inefficiencies; seek for continuous improvement activities focused on daily processes, tools, systems and controls.
oriented to gain efficiencies, increase productivity and higher level of quality of data management.
act as link with the global business excellence team in the appropriated forums to seek for technical resolutions in the systems or tools used by our department to provide functions as: vendor creation, assignment, sourcing reporting, etc with the objective to have issues fixed when identified and work proactively to prevent them to happen.
provide training to procurement staff and suppliers in various processes and tools
follow the procurement processes related to the supply chain security programs (ctpat-oea) through internal applicable processes and guidelines to be in compliance of the requirements of these programs.

this position exists in order to ensure outline agreements for packaging materials are raised in sap, analyze data, build reports, and provide potential solutions to your partners.
the role is key to understand the document capabilities needed to address business challenges.
this position collaborates with every procurement categories in relation to business intelligence and analytical insight.
do you have what it takes?
must have experience (minimum 5 years) working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests in areas related with business analyst, business intelligence in supply chain environment.
- sap knowledge and/or other enterprise resource planning (erp)
- ability to handle supplier relationships and internal collaborators
- passionate about data and data interpretation
- experience in project management: experience participating in projects in a local or local-global collaboration.
- innovation and leadership
- licenses or certifications related to data analysis, systems or apps to automate processes
- project management certifications
- six sigma certifications: black or green belt
