duties and responsibilities - the inside salesrepresentatives (isrs) will manage a group of approximately 300+individual accounts of various sizes in the us geographic market.the isr will focus on engaging the owners, purchasing agents, orbuyers of their assigned accounts to understand the customer needsand drive sales of first brands products across the full range ofavailable products.
- daily, weekly, and monthly call logs combinedwith a heavy utilization of a customer resource management (crm),and other tools such as email and online channels will enable theism to manage their day-to-day work to support sales growth andcustomer relationships.
- the isr is also responsible for ensuringcustomers are aware of available resources to help train theirpersonnel on our products, (in-person / online / etc.).
- the isrwill be given a price list which they will use to quote on newproducts and/or new customers.
- the isr will also be responsiblefor ensuring the account detail is up to date with contactinformation (primary and secondary contacts, email, telephone,websites, etc.
), program terms, pricing, etc.
- in situations wherecustomer requests are outside of the isr negotiation approvalscope, he/she will engauge out to his/her manager for approvaland/or direction.
- the isr will be given a set of weekly goalshe/she must meet which will be reviewed monthly, (or as needed).education and/or experience - english speaking required - minassociate degree and or experience equivalent.
- previous salesexperience, (customer service, telemarketing experience a plus).
-automotive aftermarket experience and knowledge preferred.
- stronglevel of computer literacy, microsoft 365 (powerpoint, excel, word,teams, etc.)
and crm systems.
- strong organizational skills,(track, process, file, manage, report, customer interactions).
?Must be able to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing callsto / from customers (existing / new).
