we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile marketing specialist.
expert managing marketing campaigns or projects with measurable results, with solid understanding of social media and digital platforms.
responsibilities
1. execute go-to-market strategies: collaborate with the marketing team to implement go-to-market plans for new products, services, or initiatives. This includes coordinating internal launch events, creating promotional materials, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
2. copywriting: write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various internal communications, including emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations. Ensure all messaging is consistent with brand voice and guidelines.
3. ideation and brainstorming: generate innovative ideas and concepts to drive internal engagement and promote company culture. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for internal marketing challenges.
4. content creation: develop content for internal marketing channels, such as company newsletters, digital signage, and employee recognition programs. Create visually appealing materials using design software and other multimedia tools.
5. campaign coordination: assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of internal marketing campaigns to promote company initiatives, events, and milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
6. data analysis: monitor and analyze the performance of internal marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and improving overall effectiveness.
7. collaboration and communication: work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including hr, corporate communications, and department heads, to gather information, align on messaging, and coordinate marketing activities.
requirements
1. bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
2. proven experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, digital and traditional.
3. up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
4. creative and open to new ideas.
5. adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
6. excellent communication skills in spanish/english.
7. comfortable working in cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced, changing priorities, hands-on experience with marketing tools.
