coordinate the aftermarket part of the business in our queretaro plant by ensuring the on time procurement of material, drive the definition and development of packaging, coordinate the setup of part numbers and manage the on time delivery of all spare parts to our customers. Furthermore you are the direct interface between plant, customer and regional headquarter with the responsibility to ensure the aftermarket interests are covered
qualifications
* completed bachelor degree in economics, business development, engineering or similar
* 2-3 years industry experience in business development, aftermarket, sales or project management
* previous analyst and/or coordinator experience and a high level of administration skills + experience preferred
* high level proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint and sap
* strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and assignments
* highly self-motivated, detailed oriented, accurate and capable of both team and independent work
* strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to liaison professionally and with confidence with clients and colleagues
