we are seeking a strategic and hands-on brand image & reputation manager to lead our efforts in monitoring, managing, and improving online brand perception.
this role will be responsible for managing our presence on review platforms, social media comment sections, and online mentions.
you'll play a crucial role in customer retention and engagement by developing campaigns that drive loyalty, address concerns, and showcase ilnia soluciones in a positive light.
this role will work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a unified brand voice across all platforms and customer interactions.
strong project management skills and experience using asana to manage tasks and campaigns are essential for success in this role.
*key responsibilities*
*brand reputation & online presence*
- monitor & manage company mentions across review sites, social platforms, and online forums.
- respond to negative and positive reviews with professionalism, helping to improve public perception.
- manage our presence on customer feedback platforms, addressing past and present feedback.
- oversee and moderate discussions related to our company, ensuring accurate information, fostering engagement, and improving sentiment.
- engage strategically with online platforms by responding to relevant discussions, highlighting positive experiences, and mitigating misinformation.
- develop escalation processes for serious brand concerns and work closely with leadership to resolve high-priority issues.
- utilize asana to track tasks, projects, and deadlines related to brand reputation initiatives.
*customer retention & engagement*
- work with marketing to execute campaigns that improve brand perception and customer loyalty.
- support ad campaigns designed to reinforce positive sentiment and customer engagement.
- engage with social media inboxes and comments, ensuring timely responses and improved customer interactions.
- analyze trends in customer feedback and provide insights to leadership for improvements in service, product offerings, and messaging.
*social listening & brand monitoring*
- implement tools to track brand mentions across social platforms, forums, and review sites.
- create reports on sentiment analysis, trending topics, and common customer concerns.
- work cross-functionally with sales and customer support to address concerns proactively.
*required qualifications*
- 3+ years of experience in brand reputation management, pr, or community engagement.
- proven ability to manage and improve brand perception on online platforms, review sites, and forums.
- strong written communication skills, capable of handling public-facing interactions with professionalism.
- background in public relations, community management, or online brand monitoring.
- familiarity with seo and online reputation management strategies.
- highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track sentiment trends and develop improvement strategies.
- proactive problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- strong project management skills, including experience using asana to manage campaigns, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
