requirements
m.a. in international hr management, business administration, or related field10+ years of progressive experience in hr focused on recruitment, talent acquisition, or organizational developmentexperience developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing global talent acquisition efforts in an international or non-profit contextexpertise in using social media, ai recruitment tools, data analytics, and other emerging technologies to enhance recruitment processes
skills and competencies:
