Build relationships with the community through events, networking opportunities, and project management. Analyze local competitors to strengthen the brand position analyze customer data and purchase trends. Lead on pr, communications, branding, campaigns, and events. Evaluate productivity of campaigns and strategy to optimize both current and future campaigns. Formulate the campaign strategy in alignment with the customer requirements and company goals. Identify regional marketing goals and objectives. Supervise and develop the regional marketing budget, marketing reports and sales reports. Profile a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in latam. Advanced english (c1-c2) (required) experience in manufacturing, cosmetic industry or related. Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. Experience in managing successful marketing campaigns. Proven working experience as brand manager deep knowledge about marketing, sales, consumers, and industry. Strong communications skills goal oriented excellent organizational skills leadership, problem-solving and networking skills. Collaborative and excellent relationship management.
