ruckus networks, a commscope business, is looking to add an inside sales account manager to support ruckus team sales in mexico city.
how you'll help us connect the world
you will work closely with the ruckus field sales teams and field sales management to identify targets that will grow commscope’s business and position our solutions. The scope includes new business to end-users through our ecosystem of partners: channel distributors, installation business partners, consultants, engineers, general contractors, and integrators.
you will make an impact by
* energetically supporting our field sales and our ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead the opportunity through to completion.
* using new business/project publications, both hard print and digital, to qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.
* utilizing commscope’s internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc., to meet customer expectations.
* working with our crm to manage opportunities and for account planning.
* championing the implementation of the commscope sales methodology.
* following up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
* completing call-out campaigns and cold calling outbound clients.
* overcoming objections of prospective customers.
* developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
* creating and delivering qualified opportunities.
* maintaining and expanding our database via d365 and sfdc.
* ensuring follow-up with calls to action and completing profiles of information.
* handling inbound calls and converting them into sales leads.
* identifying new fields of play and opportunities that position commscope as the lead solution of choice through creative thinking and planning.
required qualifications for consideration
* a completed bachelor’s degree or two years of sales experience.
* proficient in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* 6 - 12 months previous b2b (business to business) selling experience in a similar area.
