about the role:
we are seeking a sales executive to drive the expansion of our power tools in the region. This role focuses on supporting distributors, executing in-store promotions, and building strong relationships with hardware retailers. You will be key to enhancing brand visibility and achieving sales targets across the region.
key responsibilities:
1. conduct regular visits to hardware stores and distributors to promote products and provide sales support.
2. execute in-store promotional activities (product demos, training, pos campaigns) to boost sales.
3. optimize product displays and shelf layouts to maximize brand visibility and compliance with standards.
4. collaborate with distributors on inventory management, order fulfillment, and market feedback collection.
5. analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
6. achieve monthly/quarterly sales kpis and submit detailed activity reports.
requirements:
must-have:
1. 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in tools.
2. valid driver’s license and confidence in frequent road travel.
3. proven ability to build relationships with distributors and retailers.
4. strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly.
