Our client, a company providing hoa/community management services in arizona, is looking for a community support specialist.
Seeking for a highly professional individual who should have strong time management and organizational skills, along with excellent communication skills. This person will be reporting to community association manager and assisting with community duties as needed.
- *responsibilities*:_
- process site tour findings and produce violation letters per procedure
- process decision letters (approved/denied by the arc) and send to homeowners.
- assist in scheduling board meetings, compile information for packet
- update community fact sheets as needed: contracts, insurance, homeowner roster, community pertinent data sheets, and others
- prepare welcome packets for new homeowners
- submit updates of governing documents, insurance, budget, etc.
- solicit bid requests, and other duties as assigned by the community association manager.
- *requirements*:_
- high school diploma / ged, and above
- associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or other area of study, preferred
- experience performing diverse administrative tasks for us-based hoa/community management companies
- experience using caliber is highly preferred
- must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- outstanding computer skills (competent with all required software platforms)
- strong time management and organizational skills.
- ability to work full time 40 hours a week following us timezone
