this is a full-time on-site role for an operation supervisor located in *tijuana, baja californa.
* the operation supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training representatives who interact with upper management levels, ensuring that customer service meets or exceeds client expectations, and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with established protocols.
as a supervisor, your key responsibility is to provide crucial support by being readily available to assist on the phone whenever required by clients or during peak call volumes.
this proactive approach is essential to maintaining a seamless production process and facilitating successful project development.
your responsiveness and expertise contribute directly to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

- bilingual in english and spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
monday to friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pst
saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pst
$6,000 per week.
