*purpose*
knows and provides support in the main functions of human resources according with the johnson &johnson guides, federal labor law and internal work regulation.
maintains a good relation with the union, and at the same time provides service to unionized personnel for the adequate use of their benefits.
*key responsibilities*:
- additional to 1 and 2 he/she may develop and present compensation, benefits and training programs.
- provides hr related training for leaders and employees.
- responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- for those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all company guidelines related to health, safety and environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures
- performs other duties assigned as needed
- managerial capabilities to lead people in their organization to achieve departments goals as a team.
