key responsibilities:
1. Inbound and outbound calls:
- answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and service inquiries.
- provide information about our services, address customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
2. Customer follow-up:
- maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- collect feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
3. Research:
- conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- assist in gathering information necessary for project bids and proposals.
- stay updated with industry developments and new business opportunities.
4. Social media management:
- create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.).
- monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond appropriately.
- develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our audience.
5. Administrative support:
- perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.

qualifications:
- fluent in english and spanish
- minimum one year of customer service experience.
- proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or masonry industry.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- proficient in microsoft office suite and familiar with social media platforms.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
