we are a small based company dedicated to maintaining the beauty and well function of important elements of our customer's homes, such as pressure washing exterior areas, windows, gutters, and dryer vent cleaning.
*job activities*:
- professionally and promptly handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- efficiently record and relay messages to the relevant parties.
- create well-formatted and comprehensive proposals, accurately reflecting the company's offerings and addressing client needs.
- utilize organizational tools to schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
- generate and send invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- input and manage data on the jobber platform, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- implement effective strategies for following up on overdue payments, maintaining a diplomatic and customer-focused approach.
*schedule*:
- monday to friday_
regular schedule: 07:00 - 16:00 cst
daylight saving: 06:00 - 15:00 cst
