We’re hiring: learning & development associate (reservations & customer service)
we’re looking for a highly adaptable and positive professional to join our team as a learning & development associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about training and developing customer service teams.
what you’ll do:
* train and onboard new contact center representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and customer experience best practices.
* develop and update training programs, materials, and knowledge bases.
* conduct needs assessments and identify areas for training improvements.
* maintain training records and provide ongoing coaching.
* work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, ensuring an engaging learning experience.
what you’ll need:
* 1+ years of training experience, including program development and management (at least 1 year in a call center/customer service environment preferred).
* strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
* familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and microsoft office proficiency .
* flexibility to work a variable schedule between 6 am and 11 pm, including weekends as needed .
