*what are your contributions to the team?*:
- maintain and comply with inventory control (annex 24 and annex 30).
- verify compliance with civa and oas certifications.
- manage scrap handling of import material.
- coordinate virtual and sub manufacturing operations.
- control and audit the electronic foreign trade file.
- review customs agency service expense accounts and monitor monthly department spending.
- identify benefits, opportunities, risks and modifications within the legal regulations applicable to the company's foreign trade operations.
- verify that all the company's foreign trade activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal framework.
*how to thrive in this role?*:
- you have minimum 3 years in similar positions.
- you hold a bachelor's degree in international business, international trade or related field.
- you are able to maintain conversations in english (written and spoken).
- you have extensive knowledge of the immex program and vat & ieps certification.
- you have knowledge of customs law and general rules of foreign trade and its annexes.
- you have knowledge of supply chain security certifications such as ctpat and oas.
- you use of office, intermediate or advanced excel.
- you focused on results.
- you have ability to analyze complex databases.
- you are customer focus and can communicate clearly and successfully to ensure a great outcome.
- you are action oriented.
