*minimum qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- at least 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment
- at least one year of experience in a sourcing specialist, or closely related role
*other qualifications*:
- basic working knowledge of the major functional areas of recruiting/staffing
- working knowledge of hris systems
- bilingual in english and spanish *preferred*:
*primary responsibilities*:
- develop and/or communicate referral and hiring incentive programs that are effective and engaging
- promote our employer brand online and offline
- communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- manage and maintain existing sourcing database(s)
- post ads in job boards, news outlets and other internet venues
- establish “best practices” in the development of any new processes
- coordinates referral and renewal campaigns and external events as required
- performs additional duties and projects as assigned
