*job tile: sales manager (business development)*key responsibilities*:- develop business in mexico.
establish sales objectives and annual sales quotas for regions and territories.- maintain existing sales/businiess in mexico.- hosting customer visits in the facility and pay visits to customers as needed.- schedule and lead status meetings to provide sales updates and ensure alignment.- drive commercial activities including but not limited to sales volume, sales strategy, new product/techonology present, demand/capacity fullfill.- manage cost and profit.- follow up on project developments/project transfer from china to ensure resources are aligned within sales target and project goals.- collaborate with management, pm team, engineering and in region team to ensure project transfer meets timelines.
*required skills&experience*:- bachelor's degree or colledge degree in marketing, business system or a related field is preferred.- 8+ years of related sales experience is required, with electronic engineering exprience can support as fae is a plus.- fluent in english speaking, proficiency in excel, powerpoint including pivot tables, reporting and equivalent software.- ability to work well within cross functional teams and with internal/external partners.- ability to keep up in a fast paced dynamic environment.- detail oriented with sound anlytical and problem sovling skills.- basic understanding and skills on cost boms management.tipo de puesto: tiempo completosueldo: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mestipo de jornada:- turno de 8 horaslugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
