*responsibilities*what will you be doing?
*the pepsico north america it infrastructure delivery team is seeking a senior infrastructure delivery manager for the unified communication and collaboration (ucc) team, responsible for ucc infrastructure service delivery in support of pepsico's north america business units.
this role is accountable for managing successful outcomes of engagements for the delivery of ucc infrastructure services in partnership with pepsico's strategic partners and suppliers, and the coordination and prioritization of demand with business relationship managers with the goal of modernizing pepsico's ucc offerings that align with pepsico architecture, engineering, security, and operation standards.the ucc senior infrastructure delivery manager will be accountable to analyze project and request requirements, estimate work efforts, engage partners, and deliver solutions that are aligned with pepsico standards.
a majority of the services to be delivered will be related to voip solutions and zoom video conferencing.
*qualifications*who are we looking for?
*- 15 or more years of technology and it experience, with minimum of 5+ years managing voip and video conferencing deployments- bachelor's degree required.- knowledge of ucc (unified communication and collaboration) voice/video platforms such as zoom and microsoft teams.- understanding of local and wide area networks, voice and video communication platforms, end-user device technologies, and collaboration/sharing platforms.- proven ability to manage large scale ucc infrastructure deployments.- proven ability to lead multiple internal and external teams effectively; manage deliverables andoutcomes through multiple managed service providers.- experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.- experience estimating, planning, forecasting, and delivering against large it project budgets.- excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and service providers.- strong communication and presentation skills
