* 1. Logistics-fmea and control plans: 15%
* 2. Complaint management and internal follow-up: 25%
* 3. Improvement of log processes and documentation: 15%
* 4. Support/lead customer audits: 10%
* 5. Q2 complaint management with suppliers: 10%
* 6. General topics (detective controls, data retention): 5%
* 7. Problem solving champion in log: 10%
* 8. Ad-hoc tasks: 10%
requirements
* bachelor degree
* advanced english
* experience in quality methods and tools (fmea, 8d, iqis, q2, pdca, pss)
* good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* good coaching skills
* able to coordinate multiple activities at once
