*main responsibilities*:- development and implementation of the imss consigned product to align the product catalog to what the market offers and innovate in the market.- detect new segments, niches and businesses to increase our sales and market share.- offer solutions to sales teams to streamline the origination of imss consigned credit.- constantly train the commercial team so that they know the policies, requirements, and characteristics of the imss consigned products.- follow up on the proper functioning of business strategies.- design, implement and execute the commercial strategy regarding imss consigned credit, considering all channels; internal (such as branches, cc) and external (such as brokers, lg, tpsa, telemarketer, etc.
).- constant review of the process of origination and collection of consigned imss credit.- administration and compliance with the objectives established in the frp of the portfolios of payroll loans and personal loans with consigned collection.- design of consigned credit value proposition.- crm and consigned credit marketing campaigns.- control and management of regulatory risks, as well as consigned credit operations.- work together and support the different channels, as well as the branch network for frp compliance.- development of new credit granting schemes through the consignment schemerequirements- economic - administrative degree- experience and extensive knowledge in the process and commercialization of imss consigned credit, with work experience in financial entities that place this product on the market.
