Principal activities:
- recruitment and selection, personel orientation, follow up fpr the indirect and direct personel.
- responsible for the compliance of the payroll process for the employees.
- compensation and benefits administration acording to the established tabulators. (benchmark)
- analyzes turnover and/or absenteeism, proposes programs or implements systems to reduce it.
- proposes and applies disciplinary actions in accordance with the rit and the lft, documents personnel and prepares the labor file, carries out dismissals and/or termination of contract with or without liability for the company.
- integrates and follows up on the training and education plan and program.
- responsible for the health and safety commission and updating the corresponding folders.
- establishes occupational risk prevention programs, using statistics, graphs and reports for their measurement.
- filling out forms for occupational risk imss and stps, implements programs.
- coordinates recreational and social activities for employees
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree
- bilingual 90% (must)
- experience in tress systems (desirable)
- +5 years of experience in similar position
