key responsibilities:
* responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
* responsible for the performance of 'standard work' within his or her sector or department.
* enforce compliance with hse and 5s rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
* enforce compliance with quality system and proper application of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
* optimize daily/weekly workload/resource balance (internal, external storage, and freight capacities).
* adjust mph (material providing and handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (lds, diss, etc.).
* ensure management of the logistics process: receiving goods > stocking > picking > material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes.
* lead the sim loop 2 with appropriate indicators & action plan and ensure compliance with sps of the sim 1.
* organize the training needs of teams and manage versatility in accordance with the defined targets.
* synchronize support function actors on short-term actions.
* manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to sps/sim rules and cycle events of the plant.
* guarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached.
* manage the yearly appraisal of all dvc inside the sector.
* monitor and analyze logistic costs.

qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, operations engineering, or related field.
• ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw conclusions.
• ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
• proactive in seeking information, training, and resources for professional development.
• ability to partner, influence, collaborate, and communicate across the enterprise and with external relationships.
• capable of independently solving problems and making decisions for strategic execution and tactical issues within relevant projects and processes.
• strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in a complex organization.
• basic english proficiency.
• experience with sap is a must.
• demonstrated leadership skills.
• proficient user of microsoft office.
