responsibilities
this role will be responsible for carrying out the insurance operation (operational administration, accounting, payroll) for all andean countries. Review insurance-related processes for all employees in these countries. Execution must be aligned with local needs (time and format) and integrated into the standardized model. The process should connect activities that drive hrbps, employee services and finance today, with the tr hrops team to ensure the execution of activities.
your impact
as total rewards analyst, your functions would consist of:
* abc (base control)
* hc assets
* confirmation of registrations / cancellations with the insurer
* extemporaneous registrations
* adding dependents
* payroll incidence
* cancellation insurance
* invoice validation
* ceco dispersion
* send invoices to vendors
* application confirmation (insurance payment)
* processes with payroll
* operative administration.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, actuaria or related fields.
* fluent in english (written and verbal)
* 1 - 2 years of experience in insurance benefits
* minimum experience in preferential analysis processes.
* desirable experience in insurance benefits.
* desirable knowledge in benefits with a focus on insurance.
* flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams.
* software knowledge: office 365 tools (power point, excel, word, outlook, sharepoint, teams)
