powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the fortune global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and ai._*_ _*_ _*- responsibilities_- _administer regular production system support, including researching, diagnosing and resolving data integrity issues, system bugs, etc._- _open and track support tickets as needed and follow through with open issues reported from all business owners_- _follow up on production process failures, ensuring timely coordination of resolution and communication._- _evaluate current hr processes, technology and user requirements to develop technology solutions in support of business priorities._- _conducts analysis, identifies root causes and provides recommendations that influence business solutions._- _support sarbanes oxley (sox) compliance audit requests._- _troubleshoot and remotely support time clock installations._- _use standard techniques to elicit and document business requirements, effectively identify process inefficiencies and make suggestions for modifications_- _elicit business requirements from business partners on smaller initiatives, leading the project through development, system integration testing and user acceptance testing._- _conduct system integration testing utilizing quality assurance best practices and documentation._- _consistently demonstrate analytical thinking both through verbal and non-verbal communications that is consumable by peers and management._- _ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently and provide suggested priorities to manager._- _open to learning additional technologies and integration practices._- _actively participate and take personal ownership in career through self-assessments, mid-year and annual reviews, goal setting and performance management._- _adapts to growth and change, is open to and generates new ideas.
