This role blends hands-on hospitality—handling day-to-day errands like grocery runs and coordinating local experiences—with high-level executive support in scheduling, administrative tasks, and marketing/design projects. key responsibilities
concierge services
* guest & vip relations: greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, acting as the primary point of contact for all requests.
* errand management: conduct grocery shopping, coordinate golf cart deliveries, and handle other day-to-day errands to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* curated experiences: arrange bespoke itineraries, secure local reservations (dining, spa, adventure), and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.
* problem-solving: proactively address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate needs to exceed service expectations.
executive assistance
* administrative support: oversee invoicing, expense reporting, and records management, ensuring all executive operations run smoothly.
* planning: organize business functions, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure successful event execution.
* confidential documentation: prepare sensitive reports, presentations, and communications.
marketing & design support
* social media: assist in creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and growing our online presence.
* promotional materials: develop marketing collateral—such as flyers, brochures, or digital assets—to support branding and guest outreach.
* brand consistency: ensure all materials and communications align with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual and messaging strategy.
* collaboration: work closely with leadership to conceptualize and execute campaigns, supporting both on-site and digital marketing initiatives.
qualifications
* education & experience
* bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred).
* previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, executive assistance, or marketing/design capacity.
* core skills
* bilingual in english and spanish (written and verbal) for clear, professional communication.
* strong organizational and multitasking skills, comfortable managing changing priorities.
* familiarity with design software (e.g., canva, adobe suite) and social media management tools.
* proficiency in microsoft office and google suite for calendar management, reporting, and communications.
