Your opportunity
as customer marketing modern trade coordinator, you will be accountable for participating proactively in the performance targets of brand activities in the modern channel, driving value creation for our company. You will participate in the planning and execution of consumer and customer programs for the brands.
about you
to be successful in this role you will need experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics as well as proficiency in english language skills. The following experiences are preferred: customer marketing experience and experience in the spirits and/or overall beverage industry is a distinct advantage.
responsibilities - with our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
1. develop, adapt and define commercial planning and strategy with modern trade customers (supermarkets, clubs and convenience).
2. strong co-working with sales teams: short and long term planning developing strong building blocks to improve our presence on modern trade.
3. be accountable for pos visibility, promotions and measurement.
4. develop brand strategies landed to customer particularity and differentiation.
5. clear communication with pos team, development of execution guidelines and picture of success.
6. budget control by brand and customer.
7. strategic development of accounts.
8. actively contribute with customer needs finding the “white space” to develop our brands and customer growth.
9. accountable for delivery brands and customers performance targets (revenue, profitability, share).

1. easy to adapt personality on corrective action to achieve agreed objectives.
2. understand how to bring value on the brand category p&l.
3. decision making capacity through deep analysis considering: sell in, sell out, doh, nielsen.
4. speed to market – strong sense of urgency.
5. leadership.
6. matrix management.
7. influence and persuasion.
8. university degree in fields like management, marketing preferred.
9. at least 5 years of experience in modern trade, in commercial roles, or trade marketing.
