Key responsibilities:
- oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and development plans.
- develop and maintain hr policies, procedures, and programs that align with company objectives and comply with mexican labor laws.
- administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and other company-provided benefits.
- ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor contracts and employment standards.
- manage employee disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and consistency in policy enforcement.
- conduct training and development programs to build staff competencies and drive productivity.
- partner with management to understand business needs and provide hr support to meet those needs.
- maintain employee records and hr databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hr management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- in-depth knowledge of mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- bilingual in english and spanish is required.
- proficiency in hr software and microsoft office suite.
