key responsibilities:
1. delivery as per area budget:
o probes and identifies customer needs and provides tailor made solutions.
o understand the market local dynamics and translate that into business needs.
o elaborate, articulate, and follow up a short-long term strategy that responds to business objectives.
o research and analyze competitive and industry trends.
o engage in conversations with senior stakeholders and decision makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers.
2. customer satisfaction:
o actively monitor local nps with the segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction.
o maintain constant communication with our customers regarding changes in contracting, conditions, and rates.
3. manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:
o actively provide feedback to the branch manager based on customer feedback and insights.
we are looking for
in this role you ought to be passionate about building agile solutions for our customers, as well as an active hunter in bringing new opportunities to the organization. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy-going, and a senior relationship builder, enjoying working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.
as for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
* a hunter profile.
* track record of success around closing xb, air, lcl, ocean, and landside business and experience with local decision-making organizations.
* eloquent and excellent communication skills.
* fluency in english.
