it supports our wafer level packaging (wlp) business unit, which is comprised of (2) lines of business: advanced integrated metalization and compound semiconductor products.what will you be doing?Provide technical and applications credibility during customer interactions that help support the esi roadmap to revenue process and/or strategic account plans.account management of selected wlp regional accounts in the west.focus on achieving year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets as well as assigned account development goals and objectives.serve as a technical bridge between factory personnel (business unit leaders, engineering, etc.)
and the sales team in the west.feedback customer insight back to the business from a technology perspective.create, lead, and execute on robust product trial plans with customers defining testing criteria and establishing how success will be measured.be the 1st line of defense in customer crisis management situations directly related to "line down" and/or technical customer complaints.support the strategic account and regional account managers to achieve year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets as well as assigned account development goals and objectives.who are you?At least 10 years of industry experience and at least 5 years of commercial (sales and/or marketing) experience at a materials/equipment company in the semiconductor industry or a closely related industry.good network of relationships within the semiconductor wafer fabrication and packaging industry.in-depth knowledge of customers' processes and how products are utilized.excellent organization and management skills.
