Role purposein this role you will be working as a member of an experienced global workday services team supporting ourworkday integrations, your role will grow as we further deploy and expand our workday coverage bothgeographically and capability.reporting to the workday services senior integrations analyst this role is accountable for ensuring that wpp'sworkday integrations are stable, supported and enhanced as required by our business partners.this is an exciting and varied role working with the wider workday services team and our ams partner toprovide a world class level of workday support and development on a day-to-day basis and in support ofworkday project deployments.key responsibilities- responsible for initial investigation into incidents passed to integration team from service desk staff- troubleshooting and resolution of incidents- dealing with incidents in a timely manner adhering to wpp service level agreements- ensuring incidents are clearly and regularly updated to allow successful handover to the next timezonetaking over in progress incidents- maintaining integration support issue list/wiki with new issues found- keeping the senior integration analyst updated with potential high impact issues- make recommendations for continuous improvement including using technologies such as ai and rpato give wpp a competitive advantage through its deployment of workday- clearly document results/solutions as needed and updated existing documentation when necessaryskill requirements- good working knowledge of web service technologies (rest, soap, json, http, ssl, pgp, saml, etc)- proficiency with xml, xpath and xslt- workday integrations development or support experience beneficial- any knowledge of informatica would be of use- understanding of hcm/financials processes ideally within workday- ability to work alongside support teams in multiple other worldwide locations- delivery and customer focused, with high energy and drive- creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills- business english language skills
