gbs fp&a center operations
- lead the design, development, and implementation of the gbs center of excellence for fp&a functions.
- build and lead a high-performing team of finance professionals within the gbs fp&a center.
- collaborate closely with regional finance teams to ensure smooth transition of processes and successful knowledge transfer.select, implement, and manage the necessary technology and tools to support the gbs center's operations such as erp, bi tools, rpa and cloud-base platforms.
financial process owner
- construct and maintain financial process timeline and process documentation.
- in collaboration with regional financial leadership, ensure accurate and timely consolidation of global deliverables for the following:
- year financial budget
- 3 year execution plan
- 5 year operating plan
- monthly global forecast
- financial board reporting
- strategic planning requirements.
- in collaboration with regional operational management, provide guidance and stewardship of short-term and long-range strategic plans.
- provide support to executive leadership, and strategic planning group to complete financial portion of bod meeting materials.
- provide adhoc financial support to global financial leadership, including but not limited to:
- entity level 5-year plans
- entity level partnership cash flows
financial data integration into company's systems (oracle, essbase, cognos, etc).
financial modeling
- create and maintain key financial models utilized for (but not limited to):
- 2 year financial budgets
- seasonal operational budgets
- monthly financial & operational forecasts
- monthly district scorecards
- 5 year/strategic planning
- global financial statement consolidation
- operational decision modeling (yield & labor curves)
- partnership cash flows
- ad hoc analysis
- create and maintain structure to allow for cross functional & inter-department (regional finance teams) data sharing and reporting of the aforementioned activities.
'business performance management (bpm)' system.
- ensure proper transfer of data into the company's core systems (quantrix, cognos, oracle, etc.
), for financial & operational reporting.
- develop and enhance financial modeling tools to assist management in key decision making, as new business needs arise.
- in collaboration with other teams, develop and enhance processes to help achieve business goals.be a finance partner to leadership and provide insights and recommendations to operations, finance, and executive leadership.
enterprise berry planning
- partner with driscoll's to facilitate the formation and dissemination of rac's short-term yield forecast for the purposes of maximizing the enterprise's position within the marketplace (price).
- in connection with rac district leadership and driscolls, through financial modeling and analysis, create a long-term supply curve that meets the objectives of the enterprise to meet customer demand, maintain a sound financial position, while providing strong returns to rac's stakeholders.
- coordination & dissemination of operating planning information, including but not limited to:
- 5 year pricing
- business model assumptions (and analysis of any proposed changes).
- short-term and long-term supply.
- budget & planning assumptions (yield, curves, varieties, etc.)
- enterprise economic assumptions.
district ops financial support
- prepare detailed operating budgets and business driver review presentations.
- develop, prepare and regularly update forecast models inclusive of balance sheet, working capital / cash flow analysis / analyze country, regional and district level cash flow drivers.
- provide management (operational and financial) with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks and opportunities.
- support and provide insight for financial plan and forecast of metrics and impact on overall business.
- provide training and assistance to junior staff.create value add reporting on key metrics and measurements with aims to assist operational management in decision making.

- knowledge and experience of the farming industry and issues preferred.
