work mode: hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in the office. First 3 weeks onsite)
salary: $45,000 gross monthly, with additional benefits such as:

requirements:
education: bachelors degree in business administration, industrial engineering, information technology, or related fields.
experience: minimum of 3 years managing or analyzing projects, preferably in e-commerce, technology, or consulting.
technical skills: knowledge of project management tools (jira, trello), advanced excel, familiarity with payment gateways and marketplaces (mercado pago, paypal, walmart, elektra).
languages: advanced english is a must for this role.
responsibilities:
1. lead and coordinate the implementation of e-commerce projects aligned with strategic business objectives.
2. identify new business opportunities and process improvements in the e-commerce space.
3. manage approvals, contracts, and new suppliers related to e-commerce initiatives.
4. oversee key project activities, focusing on optimizing e-commerce operations and resolving issues.
5. evaluate and test e-commerce platforms and solutions implemented.
6. integrate new companies and clients into the e-commerce platform.
7. implement and follow up on agile methodologies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of e-commerce projects.
8. document business cases, roadmaps, and detailed project reports specific to e-commerce operations.
9. self-management and results-oriented.
10. strong analytical skills for problem-solving, particularly in the e-commerce domain.
11. excellent communication skills in english, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
