responsibilities:
1. manage the daily operations of the plant.
2. review the kpi's achievements daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
3. be responsible for plant efficiency and productivity.
4. ensure that products are manufactured according to the procedures and methods defined by engineering and the guidelines and requirements of the customers, as well as the quality system of iatf 16949.
5. determine manpower needs, labor efficiency, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
6. continuously implement techniques and tools of lean manufacturing.
7. follow up on the timely delivery of products with the required quality expected by our customers.
8. control and check inventories of manufactured products.
9. manage and develop the staff in charge by defining objectives, performance evaluation, feedback, and identifying training needs.
10. have the responsibility and authority to comply with the requirements of the client, in terms of product quality and fulfillment of deliveries.
qualifications:
1. ba in engineering and/or mba.
2. more than 5 years of direct factory supervision within the automotive industry (preferred).
3. knowledge in personal management, automotive sector, manufacturing industry, continuous improvement, rubber injection, lean manufacturing application, and production programming.
4. advanced english.
