you will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing talent management team.
our team is focused on enabling an environment where every lofter performs at a high level, experiences a healthy and equitable organization, is able to learn more, do more, become more, and experience continuous moments of delight.
you will be our first people team hire in mexico, helping to translate our people strategy and processes to our fast-growing mexico office.
on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for creating people practices that contribute to the increased engagement and productivity of our local employee population.
specifically, you will:
- design key people processes (i.e onboarding/off-boarding, compliance, benefits, leaves of absence, etc.)
for our mexican employee population
- exemplify and translate salesloft's core values
- drive local employee engagement through programming and events
- provide day-to-day support for local employees and leaders
- serve as the people team's local voice and guide for global initiatives
- partner with people partner to drive the talent agenda for the global product organization
- support ad hoc people projects as needed

*the skill set*:
- 3+ years of experience as a people (hr) generalist or similar
- an in-depth understanding of mexico employment law (understanding of us employment law is a plus)
- proven ability to build effective partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
- experience supporting technical talent
- able to demonstrate a high degree of organizational and project management skills
- collaborative mentality prioritizing 'we' not 'me'
- a critical thinker
- effective at independently proposing solutions to challenges
- a process orientation
- experience solving complex employee relations issues
