.*innovation & npd manager latam*major tasks- build a strategic innovation pipeline for the category in latam.- responsible for the evaluation of new opportunities to grow bayer participation on digestive health category across the region: product / claim, potential success, competitive environment, opportunity, size of price, channels strategy, market share estimation.- ensure project management state of the art flawless approvals by internal stakeholders (gcbu, cdhs and regional head, r&d, controlling, ma, ra, pssd, r&d)- lead strategic discussions regarding innovation choices and project evaluation with key stakeholders at gcbu and bch co cdh latam and n 1 level.- provides insightful strategic new product information to lead, coordinate and influence different stakeholders: local / regional: brand managers, manufacturing sites, engineering areas, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, transfer areas, supply, ei&p, m&a to engage them on any new regional new product launching.- develop potential business case based on strong networking across the region and at global level to influence decision making to get all parties involved and inspired in innovation and new product launches. In conjunction with financial business partners to evaluate financial impact of each case including cannibalization, cog s, profitability, and adequate p&i for the project.- ensures critical and collaboration with gcbus mainly with category innovation director and with regional marketing and r&dto analyse future and potential projects / products that could have a positive impact in any of the key regional projects.- plays a key leadership role from the commercial side when assessing opportunities through m&a and ei&p teams. Also assure lmr (legal, medical and regulatory) conditions in place following opportunities for latam region.- control and monitor, activation plan and sales accuracy estimation after the first year of launched with the support of the launching country. Control and track activation plan and sales accuracy estimation of the npd for the first year working together with the local teams.skills.special skills needed for position- bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineer or marketing.- minimum 5 years of experience in npd or pmo- commercial experience (marketing/sales desirable in fmcg) minimum 5 years- planning and organization skills, and strong analytical abilities- able to interpret market audits data and research studies and recommend actions.- teamwork and strong communication abilities are needed.- strong political agility and high tolerance to ambiguity and complexity
