we are looking for an experienced operations manager to oversee our hr operations, talent management processes, and ensure smooth service delivery for our clients. This role is critical to ensuring that our clients experience seamless onboarding, timely payroll, and effective management of their international teams. You’ll work closely with our team of recruiters, payroll specialists, and career coaches to make sure our services consistently meet the high standards our clients expect.
*key responsibilities*
service delivery management: ensure all hr services, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management, are executed efficiently, on time, and meet our quality standards.
Process improvement: continuously assess and improve operational workflows to streamline service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance the client experience.
Team coordination: lead, coordinate, and manage a team of remote hr specialists, recruiters, payroll processors, and career coaches to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
Client onboarding: oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication on service expectations.
Performance tracking and reporting: develop and monitor kpis for the operations team, preparing reports on service efficiency, client satisfaction, and talent performance.
Quality assurance: implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistent service delivery that meets client expectations.
Client communication: act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, addressing any issues related to service delivery and providing regular updates.
Talent management support: work with hr and career coaching teams to ensure continuous development and satisfaction of the international talent pool, supporting client retention.
*requirements*:
communication: fluency in english language
experience: 5+ years of experience in operations or hr management, preferably in a remote or international team environment.
Leadership skills: proven experience managing and coordinating remote teams, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Hr knowledge: understanding of hr functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Process-oriented: strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Problem solver: ability to anticipate operational challenges and develop proactive solutions.
Tech savvy: familiarity with hr software, project management tools, and other relevant technologies; experience with remote work platforms is an advantage.
