objetive
building existing and winning new long-term relationships with the customers we want to bank, coherent with commercial banking (cmb) strategy to be the leading international trade and business bank
activities
a) provide advice and guidance to the business in terms of on-boarding requests and all related issues
b) manage requests to completion, ensuring the client is on-boarded in a timely manner
c) take ownership of on-boarding problems as they arise working closely with the isb n&no team´s functions to ensure administrative obstructions are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
d) assessment and enrichment of requests,
e) case prioritization

- good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
