we are looking for a *business development manager* to build strategic alliances with top brands in areas like retail, restaurants, and telecommunications. Your goal will be to integrate these partners into our platform in ways that add real value for our drivers, improving their earnings and fostering loyalty to didi. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure these benefits are easy to access and drive a positive impact on driver engagement. Role responsibilities:
- identifying and developing strategic partnerships with leading brands in retail, restaurants, telecommunications, and other key sectors to create impactful benefits for drivers.
- executing integration plans to incorporate partner offerings into the didi platform, ensuring ease of use for drivers.
- leading negotiations with potential partners to establish win-win agreements that deliver measurable value to both parties.
- monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, tracking key metrics like driver adoption rates and retention to ensure success and continuous improvement.
- developing mvps with partners to pilot new initiatives, ensuring they align with driver needs before full rollouts.
Role qualifications:
- experience: 4-5 years in tech business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field, ideally in mobility telecommunications.
- educational background: bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- soft skills:
- exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities with a collaborative, win-win mindset.
- entrepreneurial and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- hard skills:
- strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities, forecast potential impact, and measure success.
- project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- basic understanding of product integration processes and working with technical teams.
- language proficiency: advanced english is required (spoken and written)
- technical skills: experience with data tools like excel, sql.
- preferred backgrounds: experience in mobility platforms, or customer loyalty programs is highly valued.
