Key responsibilities:
- responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, full life cycle, per ls&oc it standards for project management and governance (check point process)
- obtains and sometimes determines staffing requirements to form the project team with internal and external vendor resources
- develops detailed project plans, schedules and actively manages project financials using established standards and tools
- provides work direction and leadership to assigned project teams, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts
operations & delivery
- proactively monitors the project plan, identifying and resolving issues and assessing variances
- gathers metrics, develops and implements changes (per standard approval processes) to ensure the project remains within scope, delivering on time, within budget and with quality.
