about the role of the food & beverage administrative assistant:
the f&b administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and support services to the director of f&b as well as general f&b operations. Will be responsible for working in all areas of f&b as needed to provide an excellent guest and member experience.
what you will do:
* assist with day-to-day tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping related to f&b operations.
* assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and special occasions for f&b functions.
* assist in compiling data and information for budget planning and inventory management.
* assist with payroll, training, and all administrative processes related to f&b departments.
what you bring:
* fluency in spanish and english is required for this position.
* a minimum of two (2) years working in the food & beverage department.
* one + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
* guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
