in role, the sales training specialist will drive the expertise of the sales team in national and state-specific training needs in a variety of areas including sales, leadership, products and services, and internal company systems.
the sales training specialist will report directly to the confie university director and work at huntington beach, ca.
*responsibilities*:
- deliver engaging virtual (web-based), live, and on-the-job training content.
- maintain training curriculum to ensure sustained organizational impact.
- inspire frontline employees and sales leaders through real-time coaching.
- collaborate and communicate with sales teams at all levels of the organization to ensure learning needs are being met.
- maintain records of training activities and employee progress; monitor and measure effectiveness of programs.
*requirements*:
- minimum of 1-2 years retail/insurance sales experience and/or training related experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- enthusiastic team player with a passion for helping others succeed
- committed to self-development and passionate about learning new skills
- microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, outlook)
