*main duties*:
*to ensure standardization and consistency of each domain in nao the north american domain lead (nadl) will*:
- be the representative of the global enterprise domain leads (edl's) in the nao region.
- be ultimately responsible for the sales&distribution domain in nao fcs.
- be final poc for nao for validation and escalation of all rfcs for the sales& distribution domain
- act as an internal sap expert for the sales & distribution domain in nao.
- act as liaison between bg & other gis teams.
- identify & support process improvement initiatives for the sales & distribution domain in nao.
- support nao in developing fcs functional expertise for the sales & distribution domain and supporting functional processes.
- support the rollout of new domain functionality.
- support & validate as necessary the business analyst activities for the sales & distribution domain
- ensure compliance to fcp standards by overseeing the business analyst activities in the sales & distribution domain
- provide guidance to the business analyst to identify and resolve bottlenecks / conflicts for the sales & distribution domain
- provide the final answers for business analyst's questions / concerns when necessary.
escalations can then be taken to the edl if necessary.
- ensure major project milestones are accomplished on time and successfully for the sales & distribution domain.
*position desired skill elements*:
- college diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems or equivalent experience.
- proven experience in overseeing the support of sap software solutions
- extensive experience (5+ years) with the sap solution.
- a good working knowledge of edi and related experience.
- solid project management skills.
