*what you will do*:- build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans- coach and mentor the team aligned for your respective deliveries.- training need identification and raise the requirements to the management.- ideate on team engagement activities to motivate and drive competitive teams.- regular performance discussions through data driven approach.- effort tracking and workload management to optimize the resource utilization.- feedback sessions individually and at team level at regular intervals.- manage various internal and external tools (sap, ats, linkedin, job boards etc.)
or any other local tools which you may be requested to work on project/ bau as per requirement- identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing and alternative avenues.- influence and drive sourcing strategies to support the hiring mandates- explain roles and responsibilities & pipeline for senior and critical roles- manage communication and cooperation among individuals and groups including conflict resolution, stress management, diversity awareness, and teamwork to promote overall success- be a valued and collaborative member of the team, contributing ideas, feedback and improvements.
